Chelsea explains things so that you can understand. she takes her time and is very responsive to messages. Not to mention she is personable and gives you the idea that you are her only client. I would highly recommend her. I have dealt with others who think it’s sufficient to leave you with a thick book to read to pick your advantage program. Not at all what Chelsea does.
